In my life, I have had times when I have completely pushed Jesus to the side, but Jesus still found me and was there for me. I have had times when I have fallen on my knees at the feet of Jesus and Jesus was right there with me. I have had times when I wasn’t strong enough to bring my problems to Jesus on my own, times when my community rallied around me, held me up, prayed for me and Jesus was there.
I think if we all sat down to tell stories of Jesus being there for us, caring and comforting us, we would find that Jesus shows up in all sorts of ways.
Today our scripture tells about three people who needed Jesus. Three people whom we find in completely different circumstances. Read the scripture and then I will see you in the video.
